When the owner of Out Take Café decided to sell in July 2005, chef Alfredo Rodriguez had the amazing opportunity to buy and start his career as an owner in his own restaurant. After buying the restaurant Alfredo Rodriguez worked very hard in continuing having the same traditions so that the old customers wouldn't feel the loss in the community. And this is how Out Take Café became Out Take Bistro.
Out Take Bistro has an eclectic Continental menu including Won Ton soup, Borscht, large variety of Raviolis, Atlantic Salmon, New York Angus, Lamb Shank, Beef Bourguignonne and the famous Oriental Chicken Salad. The menu also includes lunch specials and gourmet sandwiches.
The restaurant ambience is warm and makes you feel comfortable and happy. A striking wagon wheel chandelier commands the room from the above and a mirror gives the illusion of space. A small bar area with a fine selection of wine and a FULL BAR. The décor is understated and sophisticated with dark wood accents, Italian tile and comfortable booths seating four. The restaurant can accommodate large parties and offers beautiful outside patio.
